🇵🇱Frederic Chopin ： Rondo c-moll Op.1

This rondo by the young Chopin unfolds through alternating returns of its recurring theme and contrasting episodes. Crisp passagework, flowing runs, and dialogue between the hands give the music its forward momentum. When the theme returns, it is important not to give it exactly the same character each time, but to shape the overall flow through changes in dynamics and tone color. In the faster sections, maintain not only evenness of fingerwork but also a clear sense of meter and phrase direction, keeping the decorative figures light and well organized. In the contrasting sections, avoid unnecessary fluctuations of tempo and balance the singing melody with its accompaniment; this brings out the rondo’s distinctive sense of return and its brilliant highlights.
