🇦🇹Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ： Menuett in D-Dur, K.94 (K6.73h)

This minuet has a light and refined dance character, with a regular triple-meter pulse and clearly articulated phrases forming the structure of the music. Listening with the shape of the opening and closing sections in mind makes it easier to perceive the changes of expression that arise within the recurring rhythmic movement. In performance, maintain the flow of the beat while choosing a touch that avoids heaviness, and bring the melody carefully to the foreground over the accompaniment. Subtle breaths at the ends of phrases, natural treatment of ornaments, and gradual changes in dynamics also help reveal the elegance within its concise writing. Avoid rushing, and preserve the supple dignity of the dance.
