🇮🇹Ferruccio Busoni ： Ballet Scene No.1 Op.6

Busoni’s Ballet Scene No. 1 is a character piece that invites listeners to enjoy its light, dance-like rhythms and singing melodic lines, evoking movement on the stage. Within its brief span, lively, buoyant passages contrast with sections that relax the flow and deepen the expression, creating variety throughout. Highlights include the writing that brings the melody to the fore while maintaining the delicate motion of the accompaniment, as well as the changing impressions created by shifts between scenes. In performance, preserve the forward momentum of the beat and carefully shape the dynamics and articulation so that the lightness and theatrical brilliance emerge naturally.
