A light waltz motion in triple meter supports a graceful, songful melody. Within its concise design, phrases are repeated and varied, making the interplay between melodic expression and rhythmic lift a central point of interest. The right hand should let the melody sing with natural breathing, without allowing it to become buried in the flow of the beat.
