Claude Debussy ： Printemps

Debussy’s Printemps is a transcription that allows the orchestral color of the original to be experienced through piano four hands. The two performers divide the registers and musical roles, bringing out shifting moods ranging from layers of soft sonorities to brighter, more animated passages. Contrasting sections appear from one scene to the next, with the exchange of melody, accompaniment, and inner voices providing much of the musical interest.
