🇵🇱Frederic Chopin ： Mazurka no.45 As-Dur Op.67-3

This approachable mazurka harmonizes the brightness of A-flat major with gentle shades of color. While preserving the sway of a dance in triple meter, it unfolds through short, conversational phrases, and its appeal lies in the contrasting expressions that lead back toward the impression of the main theme. The right-hand melody should sing lightly, while the left-hand accompaniment should establish the weight of the beat without becoming heavy. The characteristic mazurka accents on the second and third beats should not be exaggerated; slight pauses and inflections can convey the dance’s natural breathing, creating elegance and vitality. Use the pedal only enough to avoid clouding the sound, and shape the ends of phrases carefully to bring out the work’s clarity.
