🇭🇺Bartók Béla Viktor János ： For Children First Edition Vol.1 No.21 Allegro robusto BB 53 Sz 42

As indicated by the marking “Allegro robusto,” this is a concise, propulsive miniature that places speed and strength at the forefront. Short phrases seem to respond to one another, while clear accents and crisp rhythms give the music a firm profile. The overall flow should remain coherent, with repeated motives and changes of register helping to sustain its expressive character. In performance, avoid making the touch excessively heavy, and maintain a firm pulse together with rhythmic elasticity. Clear dynamic contrasts and well-defined articulation, even in the most energetic passages, bring out the piece’s vitality. Keep the tempo steady through the ending and preserve the tension contained within its economical writing.
