🇵🇱Frederic Chopin ： Ecossaise no.2 G-Dur Op.72-4

This concise and approachable work is marked by the brightness of G major and the lively rhythm of a dance. Light, animated phrases move forward with energy, while their repetitions create a coherent shape and convey the buoyant motion characteristic of an ecossaise. Highlights include the exchange of short melodic ideas and the lightness produced by the rhythmic changes. In performance, keep the beat flowing while playing each note clearly and evenly, taking care not to let the touch become heavy. Giving the ends of phrases a natural breath and carefully shaping the dynamic contrasts will bring out the work’s sense of vitality.
