🇮🇹Muzio Clementi ： Waltz in F-Dur

Clementi’s Waltz in F major is a charming miniature that combines the bright, approachable sound of F major with the light dance character of triple meter. The melody in the right hand and the accompaniment in the left are clearly differentiated, while a natural sway carried by the beat propels the music forward. The opening theme should be made to sing while retaining its liveliness; shaping each phrase clearly brings out its appeal. In the middle or contrasting passages, carefully express changes in character and dynamics, allowing listeners to hear the difference from the returning theme. In performance, avoid making the left hand too heavy and pay close attention to the articulation and legato of the melody. Use the pedal sparingly to prevent a blurred sonority, and shape the piece as a poised and graceful dance.
