🇮🇹Domenico Scarlatti ： Sonata in F-Dur K.168 L.280

This is a bright and lively sonata in F major by Scarlatti. As a single-movement sonata, it is marked by flowing passages developed from short motives and by a progression animated by rhythmic elasticity. Within its binary form, the tonality and register shift, bringing different expressions to the first and second sections. Keep the rapid succession of notes even and articulate, while allowing the ornaments to flow naturally without interrupting the musical line. Listen for the individual voices, and use a light touch with moderate dynamic contrasts to bring out a transparent sense of forward motion. Use the pedal sparingly so that the clarity of its Classical outline remains intact.
