🇩🇪Robert Schumann ： Kinderszenen Wichtige Begebenheit G-Dur Op.15-6

“An Important Event” is a vivid miniature with a strong, forward-moving rhythm that suggests a scene unfolding in a child’s world. Centered on a clear principal theme, it contrasts more tense passages with sections in which the flow relaxes somewhat, giving the brief piece a distinct sense of narrative. In performance, the accents should sound firm without becoming heavy, while the rhythmic pulse remains steady and articulate. Bring the melody out from the inner voices and accompaniment, and shape the dynamics and tone colors carefully as the musical scene changes to bring out both its energy and delicacy.
